The accommodation was very comfortable and came with a private bathroom, the staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming.

We spent 7 nights in there and definitely want to stay in that area again. We had a really great stay in Helston adjacent to the excellent restaurant...

The rooms were exceptionally comfortable. Its location was indeed quiet and amazing, just next door to the excellent restaurant onsite, rear garden and supermarkets. The owner and amicable and amenable staff took care of me.

Incredible location - close to amazing beaches, supermarkets, and fun activities. Wood-fired hot tub was a delightful surprise, perfect for relaxation. Lodge overlooking the kids play area was convenient and allowed us to keep an eye on them. Football and rugby golf were great additions, even though we didn't have time to try them. Spotlessly clean lodge with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Friendly owner and helpful housekeeper with local knowledge. Short drive to the best places in Cornwall, making it an ideal location. Perfect size for a family of four with a lovely view from the cabin. Private garden with a fantastic hot tub - well worth the reasonable extra cost. Onsite restaurant served delicious food. Bonus of free access to football golf and golf course. Highly recommended - we'll definitely be back for a longer stay!

We had a fantastic holiday at Wheal Rose Lodge. Perfect for a family of 4, with a lovely view, private garden, and amazing hot tub. The location was great, with easy access to beautiful beaches and nearby amenities. The lodge was comfortable and modern, with excellent WiFi. The free football golf and golf were a bonus, although we didn't have time to enjoy them. The owners were friendly and attentive, quickly resolving any issues. We highly recommend this hotel!

I had a quiet and comfortable escape to the country at Wheal Rose Lodge. Despite being 6ft+, the lodge was warm and cute, with comfortable beds and bedding. The insulation, heating, and hot water were excellent, ensuring a cozy stay. I loved the panoramic views of the sea during quiet walks on the golf course. The lodge had a personalized note upon arrival, and the private wood-fired hot tub was a great addition. The location near Helston was also convenient. I'll definitely recommend this lodge for a peaceful getaway.

the lodge was spotless and had a personalized note from the staff to welcome us. Parking was conveniently located right outside the lodge. We also had our own private wood-fired hot tub, which was a great added bonus. Plus, we had free access to a golf course with amazing views, right from our lodge. the whole site was modern and welcoming, and the location near Helston was perfect. the rooms were comfortable, with good insulation, heating, and hot water. We enjoyed quiet walks on the golf course, with panoramic views of the sea. the on-site restaurant, Wheal Dream, offered excellent food and had friendly staff. it was a warm and welcoming stay that I would definitely book again. Cons: Nothing, all aspects of our stay were great! 👍.

The 2-bedroom apartment at Wheal Rose - Beautifully Fitted Lodge Helston Cornwall is so cozy and home-like, making me feel instantly comfortable. I loved relaxing in the living room, watching my favorite shows on the flat-screen TV with satellite channels. And the fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and oven was perfect for preparing delicious meals and snacks whenever I wanted. It was like having all the comforts of home while on vacation.

The only thing I liked less was the bathroom's shower, but that's just my personal preference. Others might still find it perfectly fine.

Super clean lodge with everything you could need for your stay. Lovely owner on hand to assist if needed. Great food in the onsite restaurant. Location amazing, just a short drive to some of the best places in Cornwall.

The double bed was too small for taller guests. TV remote was a pain to get working.

We stayed at a lodge in Cornwall and had a great time. the location was perfect, with beautiful views of the sea and easy access to a variety of places in Cornwall. the rooms were comfortable and clean, with cozy beds and bedding. the lodge also had excellent heating and hot water, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We were able to take advantage of the free golf course and even had access to loan clubs. it was a great experience.

The blinds and curtains in the rooms were not very functional, with the blinds not working well and the curtains being a trip hazard.

Super clean lodge, fine view, private garden, amazing hot tub, easy drive to great beaches.

For us it was ideal.
